Graduation Ceremony update
Dear Students,
We wish to advise a slight change to how you register for gowning at your Graduation on Wednesday 7 December.
Due to weather conditions forecast for this day, student registration and gowning will be moved from Southbank Institute of Technology to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC).
Student registration will be located at the registration desk on the foyer lever of BCEC and gowning will take place at door 4 of the Great Hall (Foyer Level).
Please note that registration times are not affected and will commence as normal at 10.30am and 3.30pm.
Attached you will find a Student Guide (PDF 42k) which has all the information you need to know about your Graduations.
This is a very exciting and long day so to keep your sustenance up refreshments will be available for you to purchase or please bring a snack.

Registrations for December 2011 graduation have now closed.
The 2011 December Graduation Ceremonies will be held on Wednesday 7 December at The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Great Hall.
- You must have registered to attend your graduation ceremony. Registrations are now closed.
- Two graduation ceremonies are being held for all our graduating students; 2pm and 7pm
- Graduating students from the Associate Degree of Civil Engineering and Diploma of CAD need to attend the 7pm ceremony
- All other graduating students have the option to choose to attend at either 2pm or 7pm. The 7pm ceremony is now full. All further registrations will be allocated to the 2pm ceremony.
- If you wish to graduate with all your classmates why not get together and choose a ceremony time to attend

Note: Although you can choose which ceremony to attend – places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If any ceremony reaches capacity that time slot will be closed.
Online registrations have now closed. Payments need to be made to Student Services by Friday 2 December 2011.
