Certificate III in Hospitality (Food and Beverage Service)This qualification will enhance the employability of people wishing to progress in the hospitality industry. The course covers a range of skills including customer service, bar, food and beverage service and barista skills. Financial transactions, workplace hygiene, health and safety and RSA (responsible service of alcohol) are integral components of the program.
Accommodation Services
Certificate II in Hospitality (Accommodation Services)This entry level program will equip students with a range of skills to assist them in gaining employment as a housekeeper in the tourism and hospitality industries. It is particularly suited to workers with limited English skills and the long-term unemployed. Students will learn a variety of skills related to the provision of housekeeping services to guests. General cleaning duties are also covered as these may be required as part of a role.
