The course covers a range of skills including customer service, bar, food and beverage service and barista skills. Accommodation Services
Certificate II in Hospitality (Accommodation Services)This entry level program will equip students with a range of skills to assist them in gaining employment as a housekeeper in the tourism and hospitality industries. It is particularly suited to workers with limited English skills and the long-term unemployed. Students will learn a variety of skills related to the provision of housekeeping services to guests. General cleaning duties are also covered as these may be required as part of a role.
