PRINCE2 - Project Management Training
PRINCE2 - 'Projects in Controlled Environments' is a globally recognised project management methodology which allows you to implement projects that align with globally recognised protocols. PRINCE2 training is Office of Government Commerce and Association of Project Managers Group accredited.
PRINCE2 is based on experience drawn from thousands of projects. It can be applied to any project regardless of project scale, type, organisation, geography or culture. Qualifications in PRINCE2 are internationally recognised.

PRINCE2 courses
- PRINCE2 - Foundation: 3 day trainer-led format. It includes a comprehensive workbook you can use to undertake preparatory self-study. The exam is held in the last hour of the third day.
- PRINCE2 - Practitioner: 2 days (participants must have successfully completed the Foundation course).
- PRINCE2 - Foundation with Practitioner: 5 day trainer-led format. It includes two comprehensive workbooks that can be used to undertake preparatory self-study. Exams are held at the end of the third and fifth days. The Foundation exam evaluates your knowledge of the concepts, terms and theoretical aspects of PRINCE2. The Practitioner exam evaluates your knowledge of the application of PRINCE2.
Venue
Training is provided on the Southbank campus or corporate and group training can be provided in your workplace.
